Teaching Humanism to Children (THtoC) was formed in 2011 (formerly Teaching Secular Worldviews) to meet the needs from RE Teachers & Parents for Workshops and resources. Contact Chris Street for details.

Chris Street
Chris Street BSc (Hons) DMS CDipAF MBA 
@Chris Street founded 'THtoC in April 2013. A Biochemistry graduate from Bristol University, Chris has a Masters in Business Administration and is studying for a MSc in Medicinal Chemistry from the Open University. He studied for a PGCE in Chemistry at Bath Spa University (not completed). 

IJune 2011 Chris presented  the 'Teaching Humanism' workshop to 25 RE teachers at the launch of the Dorset SACRE Agreed RE 2011-2016 Syllabus

He was the Humanist member of the Dorset RE 2011-2016 Agreed Syllabus Conference and is the Humanist Observer with Dorset Standing Advisory Committee on RE (SACRE). 

Chris founded HASSNERS in 2007. He is Education & Website Officer at Dorset Humanistsa committee member of AtheismUKmember of British Humanist AssociationNational Secular Society. Chris is Chair of Humanists4Science.

Wendy Dimmick
Wendy Dimmick BA PGCE
Wendy Dimmick received her degree from Bournemouth University & PGCE from Southampton University. She teaches RE, french & music and is RE Coordinator at Wareham Middle School, Dorset. Wendy presented the 'Teaching Humanism' workshop to 25 RE teachers at the launch of the Dorset SACRE Agreed RE 2011-2016 Syllabus at Wareham, Dorset in June 2011.

David Warden
David Warden BA MA
David Warden is Chair of Dorset Humanists.  He has a degree in theology from Kent University and a Master degree in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University.  David has given talks on a huge variety of topics including the history of Humanism, the human origin of the Bible and Qur'an, the science of climate change and the science of happiness.  He has been a business trainer for Dorset County Council for many years.
